Job Summary
Business Management Associate, Research responsible for shaping and executing strategic priorities, supporting revenue growth for the Research business across APAC and globally, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Key duties include preparing high-quality materials for senior internal and external engagements (reports, briefings, dashboards, PowerPoint analyses), leading business analysis and market research to support growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to digitalize and automate workflows, overseeing strategic projects from planning to delivery, assisting in day-to-day Research department operations (performance management, risk control, internal governance, and expense management), and facilitating cross-team coordination with Compliance, Legal, IT, and Finance to improve operating models and governance across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree required (Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Management)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, project management, or consulting; familiarity with banking operations is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
