Job Summary
Director-level role in Asia Internal Audit Operations & Quality Control. Lead risk assessment planning and execution, ensure timely delivery of audit plans, manage resources and staffing, oversee financials and budget, drive process improvements, and support talent development and regulatory reporting. Requires strong audit knowledge, data analytics capabilities (Gen AI, Alteryx, Power BI), and experience coordinating with senior stakeholders across Asia, based in Mumbai, India.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of industry, global markets, and regulatory environment; strong understanding of Asia regulatory context
- Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes (risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting, continuous monitoring)
- Ability to leverage and analyze data using Gen AI, Alteryx, Power BI to form data-driven insights
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence discussions and prioritize conflicting demands
- Experience coordinating and communicating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
