Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for automation, workflow, and operational platforms within the RESL Automation team. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to validate system enhancements, defect fixes, and production releases while tracking issues through resolution. Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to review business requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure data integrity across applications and reporting solutions. Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and reusable assets, while participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting production deployments and post-implementation validation. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and risk management requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Business Analysis, or related technology/business roles
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience testing web applications, workflow solutions, or operational platforms
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
