Job Summary
Business Loan Officer in Butte, MT supporting local businesses with commercial lending solutions. Responsible for driving business development, interviewing members to determine needs, gathering financial documentation for credit decisions, delivering excellent service and timely loan closings, analyzing financials, cash flow, and collateral, structuring and negotiating loan terms, managing a loan portfolio, monitoring credit quality, and performing collections/workouts as needed. Requires 1-3 years of business lending experience (credit analytics); Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration or equivalent experience preferred; strong sales, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Position is full-time with benefits, located in Butte, MT; open until filled.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of business lending experience, including time spent as a credit analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated with strong sales abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational time management skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
