Job Summary
Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters, managing cases through all phases. Conduct written discovery, defend and take depositions, and draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings. Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances, while assisting with trial preparation and strategy. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal advice and maintain exceptional client service. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Kentucky Bar license
- 5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
- Strong experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motion practice
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus
