Job Summary
The Business Line Program Administrator role supports client program operations by providing analytical insights, training, and oversight to ensure seamless management of key processes and data. Responsibilities include reviewing information from internal/external systems to generate actionable insights, collaborating with program leads on day-to-day operations, creating and maintaining a knowledge base to streamline processes, identifying gaps and ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines, analyzing and reporting on program metrics and deadlines across a high volume of files, updating internal and client-facing systems, developing program documents/reports/presentations, serving as the point of contact for clients, claims professionals, and attorneys, and managing requests to adhere to established protocols. Qualifications emphasize a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm or with an insurance company, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with compensation influenced by experience, education, licensure/certifications, location, and other factors; it is full-time and includes standard benefits. Salary range: $65,000—$85,000 USD.
