Job Summary
Lead and own the Atlas Copco Air and Gas Applications business line in Sweden, including responsibility for strategy, growth, and performance across low/high pressure and industrial gases. Own P&L, budgets, and cost management; develop and execute a Full Potential Plan to drive business development; strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders; drive continuous improvement and excellence in delivered solutions; lead a team within a newly created division and contribute to organic growth in a dynamic, international environment. Hybrid work arrangement combines remote work with on-site presence at the Nacka office; report to the General Manager and be a member of the local Management Team. Key duties include defining strategies, driving sustainable growth, managing budgets, and ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability in all activities. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, strategic execution, people leadership, and clear, impactful communication to engage others.
