Job Summary
Coordinate with local businesses to implement occupational and career services and programs for job seekers, and match employers with skilled workers to meet workforce needs. Advocate workforce services to chambers of commerce, professional associations, economic development corporations, and similar entities. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate hiring events and job fairs for customers and employers. Develop positive business relationships with hiring managers to proactively assess staffing needs. Conduct market research, monitor data trends, and provide recommendations to management. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record
