Job Summary
Support product strategy and vision by partnering with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to define customer journeys and strategic platform initiatives. Translate customer, business, and platform outcomes into requirements, KPIs, and success metrics implemented as user stories and workflows. Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions, while owning the product backlog that enables development aligned to the strategic roadmap. Track key product success metrics including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Own the UX and platform experience that helps customers digitally manage their business loan payments and lines of credit, acting as the voice of the customer while guiding product launches.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking, crisp problem definition, principled prioritization, and measurable outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
