Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of Employment Consultants across Bathurst, Lithgow, Mudgee, and surrounding outreach sites. Monitor business performance to ensure contractual and organizational outcomes are met while driving a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture. Build strong relationships with employers, community organizations, training providers, and key stakeholders. Provide operational leadership, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and adherence to program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in employment services, community services, recruitment, disability services or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong experience managing performance and achieving results
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with a focus on people and outcomes
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and service delivery locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Workforce Australia or employment services is highly regarded
