Job Summary
Business IT Systems Support Analyst based in Waikato: ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications; monitor and maintain systems; perform software and hardware upgrades; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate IT projects and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Operations; lead testing/validation documentation and provide technical training; manage external vendor technical resources and communicate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
- Understanding of GAMP 5 or SQA (Software Quality Assurance) or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent communication skills include the ability to translate technical information into basic understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diversity of people at an individual and team level.
- Excellent attention to detail
