Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee internal training operations for Sales Operations stakeholders, establishing relationships between business units, clients, and other parties. Develop and maintain proficiency in the Sales Operations domain by designing training frameworks, conducting training need analyses, and deploying governance for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Lead business reviews to align training functions with client objectives, assess individual and organizational training needs in consultation with delivery leads, and monitor employee development plans against agreed formats. Facilitate up-to-date technical, domain, and compliance skills for trainers while managing operational and client alignment. Collaborate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and deploy action plans as required, applying advanced analytical skills to assess concepts and alternatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 14 years of experience
- More than 13 years of experience in Sales
- Minimum of 8 years in Sales Training or Operational Excellence
- Experience in a minimum of one or more areas of the Sales Domain like Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Compensation, Sales-Seller or Dealer support
- Global sales or business experience
- Experience in managing risk and controls frameworks and driving training compliance
- Experience partnering with client organizations in driving and delivering change
- Multi-lingual skills or multi-cultural experiences
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of training processes and methodologies is an advantage
- Expertise or Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
