Job Summary
Monitor and analyze sales and market performance across the Latin America region; develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports (Power BI); conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making; identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on internal and external data; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to provide actionable insights; support strategic planning and regional business development initiatives; perform desk research and data analysis to support management decisions; travel within Brazil and internationally; fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage; Agile methods or Scrum are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools (Power BI)
- Knowledge of Agile methods or Scrum is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
- Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally
