Job Summary
Design and deliver complex BI solutions by developing enterprise-level reports, optimizing data models, and managing ETL processes within Azure Data Warehouse environments. Lead requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications while performing data quality audits and implementing validation frameworks. Mentor junior team members through code reviews and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage system upgrades, and recommend infrastructure enhancements to drive performance across multiple business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Data Science or related field
- 4 years of experience developing BI reports dashboards and data solutions
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with multiple BI tools
- Experience with ETL tools
- Proficiency with Azure Data Warehouse or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of database architecture data modeling and SQL optimization
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders in written and verbal formats in English
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or a similar platform
- Strong grasp on data visualization concepts and techniques
- Project management experience and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience in manufacturing industry

- Demonstrated mentoring capacity
- Microsoft certifications a Plus PL 300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst DP 600 Fabric Analytics Engineer or equivalent Fabric credential
- Familiarity with Python
