Job Summary
Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects by partnering with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency gains. Drive adoption of Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps within the Nutrition finance organization. Leverage SQL capabilities for data validation, reporting, and automation while supporting data infrastructure initiatives using platforms like Databricks. Manage the SAP DART integration project, ensuring training, adoption, and ongoing support across the team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance organization. This role supports Abbott's transformation of financial operations through automation and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environments
- Transformative and vision-driven mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Yes, 5 % of the Time (Travel)
Desired Qualifications
