Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational and executive decision-making across Marketing, Financial Planning, Tax, Client Service, and Operations. Translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and eliminate manual processes. Partner with department leaders to understand reporting needs, train users on self-service adoption, and collaborate with the Director of Operations to prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Continuously evaluate reporting effectiveness, streamline processes, and ensure documentation standards promote long-term usability. Work directly with external consulting partners to coordinate enhancements and support implementation of the BI roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, business systems, or data visualization
- Strong Power BI experience with the ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards
- Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, or similar)
- Experience partnering with software vendors or external consulting firms preferred
- Experience training users, developing documentation, and supporting organizational technology adoption
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments
