Job Summary
Produce market/ business intelligence by querying data repositories and leveraging data analysis to guide decisions and drive adoption of data-driven solutions. Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements to post-implementation review; develop comprehensive documentation and training for teams utilizing business solutions; partner with stakeholders across departments to validate requirements; oversee design and implementation of new solutions; ensure alignment with business strategy and measurable value. Partial telecommuting is permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field, plus two years of experience in a technical consulting, data, or analytics-related role
- Experience with data to generate business insights and present findings that support decision-making and cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and cloud-based analytics like Snowflake
- Experience using Jira to track and report project timelines, progress, risks, and changes
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting reporting and technical requirements; creating user stories and technical documentation
- Ability to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements
- Ability to collaborate with data engineering, BI, and IT teams to develop integrated solutions
