Job Summary
Role bridges Technology Services and business units to design, implement, and support data solutions that advance Casey's strategic objectives. Leads data integration across sources, builds data models and architectures, and develops BI reports and dashboards to enable actionable insights. Promotes data literacy, documents processes, and ensures data quality and security. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement efficient data workflows using ETL/integration tools. Requires 7+ years in BI/data integration, proficiency with SQL Server, Tableau, SSIS, SSRS, and Workato; experience with AFCARS/NCANDS data is a plus; on-site in Seattle, WA with possible local travel; HIPAA knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with business intelligence, data integration, and analytics solutions
- Proven track record of partnering with business units to define and prototype BI solutions
- Expertise with SQL Server, Tableau, SSIS, and SSRS
- Experience with ETL tools such as Workato and workflow automation
- Experience with child welfare data sets AFCARS and NCANDS (plus)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for data-driven approaches
- Experience fostering data literacy and building data capabilities within an organization
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices, HIPAA
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Seattle, WA
- Local travel may be required
