Business Intelligence & Sales Force Effectiveness Coordinator

Coordinate Market Analytic & Business Intelligence activities for Cluster Sur to generate consistent insights considering business needs. Plan, conduct and coordinate market studies; analyze results with commercial teams to drive action plans. Identify market trends and opportunities to implement initiatives that elevate the performance of the area. Improve information quality and educate users for informed decision-making through examples, training, and applications. Create/improve business models and ensure proper implementation and calculation of incentives for field sales in the region; propose improvements to incentive systems. Manage information sources (industry audits, third-party sales reports, external reports) with governance, analysis, and reporting processes aligned to each business need. Act as an active member of Brand Teams to add value; contribute to Field Team Excellence (IFTe) by providing business insights to improve field performance, implementing IFTe methodology and global playbooks, analyze field role productivity, support resource allocation targeting, train and support IFT in using Veeva or other tools, and lead data quality improvements in CRM. Drive account management from Customer Excellence perspective and collaborate on cycle plans. Location emphasis is Buenos Aires; role integrates in-field and data-driven decision support within AbbVie’s MABI and IFT frameworks.
