Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and implement BI solutions for a Data Warehouse using SAP Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, Autosys, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and AWS. Develop and maintain Python automation for business requirements. Create financial dashboards and reports for core banking products (loans, deposits, treasury, trade finance, customer statements). Perform BI development with SAP BO and Tableau, optimize SQL queries, and schedule batch jobs with Autosys. Coordinate with onshore/offshore contractors, support regulatory/compliance reporting, and define/maintain KPIs and governance for enterprise BI needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and automate reporting and ensure timely delivery within both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- 3 years BI development experience with Tableau (Data Source, Dashboard, Worksheet, LODs, Security, performance tuning)
- 3 years SQL experience (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, DB2) and database cloud technologies (AWS)
- 1 year BI development experience with Power BI, SAP HANA, Alteryx, or SAP Business Objects (universes, reports, security, performance tuning)
- Experience developing and scheduling batch jobs using Autosys or Windows batch scripting
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Developing and maintaining Python code for automation
- Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore teams
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance reporting
- KPI design and governance
- Experience defining data requirements and governance for BI reports/dashboards
- Must be able to work in-office 4 days/week and remotely 1 day/week
- Night/weekend/on-call support for maintenance (as needed)
- External Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
