Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while configuring data models, cubes, and dimensions. Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows, ensuring accuracy across source systems. Lead the creation of reports, dashboards, and disclosure outputs for management and statutory reporting, and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies. Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage system performance, and drive data governance. Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on CCH Tagetik functionalities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of related experience with CPM systems
- strong hands-on experience configuring and managing Tagetik applications for planning and reporting
- deep understanding of FP&A and financial reporting concepts
- Understanding of database, data warehouse, Business Intelligence design & concepts
- experience with data imports, transformation rules, and integration with ERP/source systems
- ability to design cubes, dimensions, and financial data structures
- expertise in building reports and management dashboards
- development/writing/execution of queries
- ability to improve performance, automate workflows, and enhance user experience
- strong capability to perform root cause analysis and derive actionable insights from financial data
- ability to communicate complex financial and system concepts to business users
