Job Summary
Lead the strategy for Business Intelligence and Commercial Data utilization in Japan, enhancing business decision-making and sales activities through data and analytics. Manage a team of approximately 5 members, contribute to the achievement of business goals across various business units, and support data-driven decision-making. Required skills include managing teams, project management, and experience with BI tools and reporting. Excellent communication abilities in both Japanese and English are essential.
Required Qualifications
- People management experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as business, economics, statistics, information science, or data science
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more
- Project management experience in a team with various stakeholders
- Experience in reporting or analysis using data from ERP, CRM, DWH systems
- Experience in planning, building, or promoting reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of data processing or modeling using SQL, Python, etc.
