Business Intelligence Lead

Define and own the company's BI strategy across product analytics, client engagement, and tech-enabled services. Design, build, and sequence dashboards and reports to give product, client-facing, and services teams visibility into key metrics like denial overturn rates and utilization review throughput. Partner with engineering on data infrastructure needs without owning the underlying build, while translating stakeholder needs into a coherent analytics roadmap. Deliver regular synthesis and insight to leadership on business and product trends, and enable teams to self-serve insights. Requires a Bachelor's degree in data science or related field, 6+ years of BI experience, and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
