Job Summary
Conduct periodic reporting to Top Management and HQ functions through standardized cycles, delivering weekly performance memos with proactive alerts on key trends and risks. Perform on-demand deep dives into categories, markets, and collections while managing continuous master data for store operations and wholesale campaign bookings. Develop and evolve BI tools and dashboards in Qlik Sense, streamlining processes to reduce manual workload and collaborating with IT to align technical solutions with business needs. Own user enablement and training initiatives to drive adoption, monitor the competitive landscape through quarterly benchmarking, and extract data for internal stakeholders. Prepare strategic materials for trading meetings and shareholder presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, with a strong academic performance
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
- Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
- Strong IT skills: MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
