Job Summary
Support business units across the Houston Texans, LSSE, and LOVB by providing timely analytical reporting and data management assistance. Develop and maintain recurring daily/weekly/monthly analytical analyses for Ticketing, Marketing, Digital, Social, and Corporate Partnership objectives, including Tableau reporting, survey analyses, ticket market monitoring, and fan profiling. Conduct research using third-party tools, compile findings, and execute daily/weekly reports to stakeholders. Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance tasks while assisting Club staff on gamedays and events. This part-time, non-exempt role requires routine face-to-face interaction in the Club's offices and reports to the Senior Business Intelligence Manager. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Sports Management, or Computer Science and experience in Excel, Tableau, and SQL are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience/knowledge in Excel

- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and to produce high-quality work in accordance with directions given
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
- Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships
- Completion of, or in pursuit of, a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university with a focus of Business Analytics, Information Systems, Sports Management, or Computer Science
- Prior experience/knowledge in Tableau and SQL
