Business Intelligence Engineer

Build datasets, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure supporting trading operations, starting with performance benchmarks across the entire algo suite. Analyze transaction costs, slippage, and fill quality across strategies and venues while developing SQL-based data pipelines for scale. Partner with traders, sales, engineers, and researchers to define required data, owning data integrity through auditing and validation. Monitor system behavior to flag anomalies before they become problems and maintain documented configuration changes. This high-ownership role defines dashboards from scratch within a rapidly growing execution business, fostering creativity through a flat structure and out-of-the-ordinary team activities.
