Job Summary
Create analytical tools and visualizations to answer critical business questions for Global Clinical Trial Operations. Lead business requirement sessions with stakeholders and coordinate with IT vendors to define new reporting needs. Test and deploy BI capabilities while championing data quality, integrity, and reliability through best practices. Present complex data to non-technical users and provide training to foster information utilization. Manage project timelines within the Software Development Lifecycle to ensure accurate reporting and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related domains
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics using BI tools (Power BI)
- Experience in data management (Data analysis, Data architecture, Data Modeling)
- Experience with writing SQL and building complex queries
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, RDS, Redshift), Databricks, JIRA, Github
- Good organizational, time management and project management skills
- Experience in leveraging and managing third party vendors and contractors
- Self-motivated, proactive, with ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Good communication (written and oral) skills
- Valid Driving License

- Knowledge of Python and GenAI tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team
- Ability to learn and use new technologies
- Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity along with competing priorities
- Basic knowledge of Clinical Development / Operations
