Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions; analyze complex data sets and build interactive dashboards to surface trends and opportunities; partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions; deliver actionable insights and training on self-service reporting; identify opportunities for BI innovation to improve operational performance. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with related experience) and 3 years (or 1 year with a Master’s) in BI, with SQL, data warehousing, BI tools, Python, data modeling, and experience in retail/e-commerce or clickstream data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of BI experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field and 1 year of BI experience
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight)
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and model complex data; statistical analysis experience
- Python for automation and data manipulation
- Data normalization and dataset modeling in large data warehouse environments
- Experience analyzing retail/e-commerce or clickstream data
