Job Summary
Review and reshape Data Science, Business Analytics, and BI functions to support strategic development, product improvement, and budgeting. Establish an ongoing business modeling approach across all units with clear funnel models translating non-financial metrics into financial impact. Strengthen the agile BI department through continuous team growth and capability building. Launch a data-driven framework for evaluating new product features, marketing campaigns, and synergies from acquisitions. Review the current reporting landscape to build a transparent, consistent KPI structure, then support leaders in cascading these metrics and implementing tracking tools. Build stronger connections between commercial, product, finance, and analytics teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and a shared performance framework. Drive a company-wide approach to decision-making based on reliable data and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI, Director of Analytics, Data & Analytics Lead)
- Strong leadership experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science
- Proven track record of transforming analytics functions into strategic business partners
- Deep understanding of performance reporting, KPI design, forecasting, budgeting, and business modeling
- Experience translating operational and product metrics into financial impact and business value
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align product, commercial, finance, and executive stakeholders
- Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and improving organizational data transparency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Willingness to remain hands-on in order to support the pace of transformation
- Ukrainian - Fluent
- English - Fluent
