Job Summary
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for Revenue Cycle Management, covering AR aging, cash velocity, denial categories, and payer reimbursement trends. Define, document, and govern metric definitions to ensure consistency across the analytics surface for RCM leadership, the CFO, and billing operations. Build and manage the full semantic model, DAX measures, and Gateway configuration while reconciling data integrity between the EMR, clearinghouse, and vendor reports. Triage dashboard issues, resolve filter logic conflicts, and route root cause findings to Data Engineering with actionable reproduction steps. Deliver accurate, timely reports to executive stakeholders and operational teams, translating complex financial data into insights that drive revenue action.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare RCM analytics, financial reporting, or business analysis
