Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a major in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or a related field
• •Two (2) years of business intelligence, database administration or applications development experience
• •Valid State of Florida driver's license
• •Availability to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines and to respond to critical system-down situations
• •Working knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and practices (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines)
• •Working knowledge of scripting, automation, and low/no-code development tools (Power Platform, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• •Working knowledge of enterprise application interfaces (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, CSV)
• •Working knowledge of database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• •Working knowledge of application development using Low/No-Code platforms or traditional programming languages (Microsoft Power Apps, C# .NET, and Python)
• •Working knowledge of database structure and design, such as relation, non-relational, OLAP, etc.
• •Working knowledge of data protection and privacy best practices
• •Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business users, technical peers and vendors
• •Ability to work independently while adhering to governance, security, and change control standards
• •Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests or projects with competing priorities
• •Ability to distinguish between and communicate with a user, application, database, or system level event or action
• •Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
• •Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word
• •Ability to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers
• •Ability to speak loudly, such as when speaking over loud machinery
• •Normal field of vision for working with figures, on computer terminals or reading
• •Ability to see small or detailed items, such as working on machines
