Job Summary
Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and production support. Architect and implement data pipelines, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting frameworks using Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP BusinessObjects. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Informatica and Python, applying AI-assisted techniques to enhance automation. Translate business requirements into actionable insights, KPIs, and performance dashboards while defining and enforcing BI standards and governance frameworks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure data accuracy and scalability, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making across Oracle EBS ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on BI/DW experience
- Strong ETL design expertise — Informatica and Python (pandas, PySpark, etc.)
- Advanced PL/SQL — stored procedures, performance tuning, complex transformations
- Proficiency across OAS, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP BusinessObjects
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding for pipeline development and automation
- Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, OM, INV, or similar)
- Strong communication — ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- Mentorship mindset for junior BI developers
