Job Summary
Lead the BI team to architect, optimize, and expand the BI ecosystem (Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Data Factory, Power BI). Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions; manage development resources, timelines, and deliverables; own incident management, disaster recovery, and governance for BI systems. Build and maintain a centralized knowledge hub for KPIs, master data, and business terminology; design dashboards and KPIs to drive strategic decisions; ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with the general ledger through collaboration with Accounting; drive value creation through analytics and reporting improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business or STEM
- 5+ years in BI/Analytics including 1–3 years in leadership
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience with Databricks, Business Central, and scripting languages (DAX, Python, or R preferred)
- Leadership: Project management and team leadership
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with accounting principles and cost accounting
- Communication: Ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively
