Job Summary
Business Intelligence Analyst V at GoGuardian, focused on advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and actionable insights. Responsibilities include building and managing analytics products (reports, dashboards) to monitor performance, forecasting customer lifetime value, optimizing marketing spend, collaborating with data engineers to address data needs and quality, and mentoring a team of analysts while regularly engaging with senior leadership. Telecommuting is an available option.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
- five (5) years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field
- expertise in data analysis, data visualization, SQL, Python
- experience with KPI dashboards, Web Analytics, product marketing analytics
- data modeling, experiment design
- familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Segment
- ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts
- strong communication with senior/Executive leadership
- telecommuting option
