Job Summary
Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain: partner with Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Field Asset Management to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency. Build scalable analytics solutions, develop performance metrics, and support continuous improvement of reporting systems, tools, and data pipelines to ensure accurate and sustainable insights across the global supply chain. Duties include creating dashboards and reports to support supply chain visibility, analyzing trends in demand, inventory, purchasing, and logistics, developing KPIs for planning, purchasing, operations, and FAM, and enhancing BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Looker, SAP BO) while automating manual reporting processes and ensuring reliable data delivery. Collaboration across cross-functional teams, translating complex data for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role requires travel up to 10% and a commitment to diversity and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data science role (preferably in a supply chain or operations environment)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools
- Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, and BigQuery is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
