Business Intelligence Analyst Senior

Senior BI Analyst to partner with business and clinical stakeholders to collect, clean, and interpret data, develop and validate complex queries, and create reporting solutions that drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include collaborating on analytics studies, designing dashboards and reports, presenting findings to internal customers, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to strategic departmental initiatives. Requires expertise in SQL and data visualization (Tableau) with knowledge of data structures, programming, statistics, and data governance. Must be able to translate analyses into actionable insights for non-technical audiences and manage multiple analytics projects independently.
