Job Summary
Develop reporting systems using QlickSense and QlickView to translate business needs into technical specifications and generate actionable insights from warehouse data. Maintain and evaluate existing BI platforms, conduct troubleshooting on BI models, and perform quality assurance checks on delivered reports. Support business decision-making through data analytics, OLAP, and ETL frameworks while managing IT projects with SQL and SSRS/SSIS/SSAS expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor business performance and improve data-driven reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field or other equivalent degrees/certifications
- Experience generating data insights using BI tools, specifically QlickSense and QlickView
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and Extract, Transform, Load framework (ETL)
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Experience with SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
- Prior experience in managing IT Projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proven business acumen and problem-solving aptitude
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
