Job Summary
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, M&A, and Advisor teams to define, document, and standardize metrics and KPIs. Maintain a governed metric catalog with single definitions and calculation logic, then reconcile conflicting reports by establishing an agreed-upon source of truth. Run requirements-gathering conversations to turn ambiguous asks into clear, prioritized deliverables, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure dashboards are correct before launch.
