Business Intelligence Analyst (Junior)

Job Summary
Junior Business Intelligence Analyst supports Apollo Ghana's global operations by maintaining data accuracy, building and updating dashboards, and executing recurring reporting for the Document Management, PMO, and commissioning delivery teams. The role works with data from multiple sources across Apollo's project portfolio, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and presented clearly for internal leadership and client-facing use. Key activities include maintaining dashboards and recurring reports, performing data collection and quality checks, documenting metric definitions and data sources, and supporting ad-hoc analyses and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred), plus basic SQL and familiarity with SharePoint and Office tools, are expected. The position is based in Accra, Ghana, with a combination of office and remote work, primarily office-based, within an offshore delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrable experience
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined commitment to accuracy and completeness
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in an executive-friendly format
- High personal accountability — raises issues early, does not conceal errors, takes ownership of outputs
- Comfortable working with large datasets and managing repeated reporting cycles
