Job Summary
Conduct pricing, market, margin, and profitability analyses to support business decisions and revenue growth initiatives. Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks, while extracting and validating data from multiple internal and external sources. Build analytical models to evaluate pricing changes and monitor the effectiveness of business initiatives against expectations. Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and solicit feedback on reporting tools. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly, leveraging AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency. Maintain tracking of projects and deliverables while identifying risks or delays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 2–5 years of experience in pricing, business analytics, financial analysis, revenue management, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate large and complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience working with databases and large datasets
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across departments

- Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST
- Must be willing to travel based on business needs
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to occasionally move throughout the office environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics functions
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and predictive modeling techniques
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies
- Commercial real estate, industrial distribution, aftermarket parts, or related industry experience
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Graduate of an analyst development or rotational program
