Job Summary
Intermediate to senior Business Intelligence Analyst to manage the data lifecycle, deliver dashboards and reports, and support modernization of analytics capabilities. Responsible for data governance, data preparation and validation, BI development, ad-hoc analysis, and comprehensive technical documentation. Collaborates across teams to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure reporting accuracy and security. Proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, cloud data platforms, and analytical tooling is required; experience with AI/automation, data modeling, and advanced analytics is highly preferred. In-office role based in South Jordan, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/Management, Information Systems, Computer Science/Programming, Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years (7-10 years strongly preferred) of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and report generation
- Highly proficient (5+ years) in MS SQL and a working knowledge of SSMS
- Experience utilizing automation/AI to improve enterprise efficiency
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI/Automate, Power BI Report Writer, and Adobe (or equivalent technologies)
- Experience with cloud-based data technologies/mining, and advanced analytics
- Analytical/problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong capacity for collaboration
- Ability to learn and integrate complex business policies and evolving regulations into workflows
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all aspects of data management and reporting
- Competent to work independently in most phases of database management with strong understanding of the administration of data collection, analysis, and distribution/reporting
- Ability to lift 40 pounds or more
