Job Summary
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with responsibility for data modeling, dataset design, and analytics across a hospital system. Leads data extraction, transformation, and dashboard/report development; translates data into actionable insights for physicians, executives, and administrative stakeholders. Works with EDW tools (Cerner HealtheIntent or equivalents), SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Business Objects; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve population health metrics, cost accounting, quality, supply chain, and other health-system analytics. Requires healthcare data experience and strong communication skills; bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; opportunistic to work in a hybrid site setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization in healthcare
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects
- Experience with Cerner HealtheIntent or other EDW tools
- Healthcare data experience (population health, revenue cycle, quality measures)
Desired Qualifications
