Job Summary
Connect and maintain data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Google Sheets into a unified reporting system. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Salesforce to visualize key business metrics. Analyze workflows, define KPIs, and deliver real-time analytics and forecasting for Sales, Marketing, and technical teams. Collaborate with department heads to capture requirements, provide actionable insights, and train users on self-service reporting tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in BI development with proficiency in DAX, SQL, and ETL processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years in BI development, process analytics, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau/Qlik)
- Proficiency in DAX
- Proficiency in data modelling
- Strong experience with ETL processes, data preparation, and transformation for analytics
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho Projects, and other business systems for data integration
- Strong analytical thinking
- Problem-solving
- Stakeholder communication skills
