Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary
Develop detailed BI reports and presentations to monitor performance metrics for Professional Tools’ Retail Channels and eCommerce, analyze and investigate financial charges and compliance penalties, facilitate chargeback reviews, and create state-of-business reports for retail/e-commerce accounts using BI tools (Power Platforms, SharePoint). Collaborate to identify ways to mitigate risks and strengthen compliance programs, and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, and supports a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 5 years of relevant training and work experience in analytics and business intelligence
- Proficiency in Power Platforms, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools
