Job Summary
Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for overseeing the development, operations, and standardization of the enterprise data warehouse and operational data store. Collaborates with departments to identify, scope, document, and analyze business opportunities and requirements; develops reporting techniques, data sources, and BI solutions including metadata, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts. Primary duties include managing BI system performance and usability, writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures, ensuring data quality and integrity, supporting cross-functional data analytics, and guiding departments on data measures and reporting. Must maintain knowledge of business workflows and adapt to evolving techniques and technologies; willingness to work a flexible schedule. Preferred experience includes BI solution development in a financial sector context and strong SQL skills.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
