Job Summary
Build Sigma-based analytics workbooks and workflow applications to help teams analyze data and improve operational efficiency. Translate operational processes into reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce, ensuring transparency and supporting data-informed decisions. Design user-friendly dashboards and execute ad hoc analysis to address urgent business questions while maintaining data integrity through QA and documentation. Partner with Revenue Operations, Client Services, and Data Engineering to elevate the firm's data culture and advance data fluency among end users. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Director, Data & Systems. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence role
- Foundational SQL skills
- Comfort working with structured data
- Familiarity with Sigma Computing
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Familiarity with QlikView
- Familiarity with app-building tools such as Power Apps, Retool, or Airtable
- Strong attention to detail
- Curiosity
- Creativity
- Instinct for making processes more efficient

- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
