Job Summary
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn data into reports, dashboards, data sources, and analysis that teams can use daily. You will partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs, build practical data solutions, and transform raw data into reliable sources for reporting and analysis. You will build and maintain dashboards and self-service tools, perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and communicate progress clearly. The role focuses on turning complex information into clarity to help leaders see performance, trends, and opportunities and support better decision-making across Betenbough in West Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience using data to improve business processes or solve business problems
- Experience writing SQL queries, including joins across relational database tables
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another reporting and visualization tool
- Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL, or data warehousing concepts
- Ability to ask good questions, understand business needs, and translate those needs into practical reporting or data solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to organize work, follow through on requests, and communicate next steps clearly
