Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical datasets and optimize ETL/ELT processes on Databricks. Analyze data to identify trends, validate accuracy, and automate manual reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain for KPI standardization, user acceptance testing, and data governance initiatives. Provide training on self-service analytics and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering
- Strong SQL development and data analysis skills
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and large datasets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
