Business Integrity Associate

In this full-time BI Associate role, you will support the Trading and Operations Teams with accurate resolution of trading and operational errors while developing an understanding of how those errors affect risk exposure. You will liaise with advisors and the CI Back office to execute instructions, manage Pro-statements tracking and maintenance, provide reporting to team members, and contribute to evolving internal platforms and processes. You will gain exposure to trade cancellations, corrections, and backdates, prioritize work, and act on inquiries in a timely manner. The role emphasizes independent work within a collaborative team and requires strong Excel/SharePoint proficiency, clear communication, and critical thinking within dealer operations.
