Job Summary
Oversee technology enablement and governance for construction and utility projects, ensuring Procore, ERP, and other platforms are effectively adopted and integrated into project delivery. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant integrations (SOC 2/ISO 27001). Partner with project managers and field teams to support scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking, while onboarding and driving adoption of digital tools. Drive process optimization through AI-driven solutions, develop governance frameworks and SOPs, monitor adoption metrics and KPIs, and lead change-management initiatives. Champion AI/ML integration to improve efficiency and decision-making, and engage stakeholders across regions to communicate best practices and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Project Management experience is essential
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada without restrictions
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Experience with platforms such as Procore, JD Edwards, and other industry tools (e.g., Accubid, Autodesk BIM360, Rhumbix)
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of product management lifecycle and governance principles
